Massage therapy is offered by Kim Reyes of DRAGONFIRE Massage Therapy LLC’ who has received her massage training through Blue Sky school of massage. She utilizes various techniques which include basic rubbing strokes, rocking movements, posture and movement re-education, myofascial release, application of pressure to specific points (trigger point and acupressure), and more. After discussion with her client she will tailor her technique to the specific need or condition. The benefits of massage therapy are numerous and is a useful adjunct to medical acupuncture, physical therapy and chiropractic treatments, as well as being a stand alone therapy. Massage therapy is usually an out of pocket expense. | ||||||||
