This 4 week basic detoxification program is designed to jump start your healthcare. It is a simple combination of medical acupuncture, lymphatic massage therapy, lifestyle modification; such as nutritional and exercise counseling and specific supplements, all designed to fit together seamlessly in a simple package program. The program is monitored by an MD physician who is trained in medical acupuncture and will guide the course of treatments over the initial month. The result is the beginning of a rejuvenation and healing process which not only is beneficial to any chronic medical condition but also on a psychological level, to once again take charge of your own healthcare. HOW DOES IT WORK? The acupuncture releases specific neuro-chemicals which decrease inflammation and stimulate the immune system. The massage therapy, specific exercise, and nutritional program including supplements is formulated to help release unwanted toxins and waste products from your body and will assist with the elimination process. The specifically formulated Chinese herbal supplement package will support the cells, liver and colon as they clear toxins from the body.

WHAT IS THE PROTOCOL? · DAY 1: Medical consultation with a physician, in which your specific problems and needs are determined. Time of consultation about 30-40 minutes depending on whether specific testing is required. Cost of appointment; varies depending on your insurance coverage. · DAY 4-6: First acupuncture treatment. Review of lab work if any. Total time 30-40 minutes. Cost is $75. · DAY 7-9: First lymphatic massage treatment. First nutritional consultation, including instruction on the specific Chinese cleansing formulation by an MD. Lastly the Initial exercise prescription by a physical therapist. Time: The massage session is 50 minutes, nutritional consult by MD is 15-20 minutes. PT consult is 40 minutes. Cost: MD visit is covered by Insurance. Massage is $50, the exercise program is covered by insurance. · · DAY 11-13: Second acupuncture treatment. Time is 30—40 minutes. Cost is $65. · · DAY 13-15: Second massage session. Cost is $ 50. Time is 50 minutes. · · WEEK BREAK · · DAY 22-28. there is a repeat of the nutritional, massage and acupuncture sessions. · · DAY 30: Final consultation with MD. Cost: Insurance covered.
